Ruh Nika Shipping Policy

At Ruh Nika, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep. We partner with Delhivery and other trusted courier partners to ensure reliable shipping across India.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Metro cities: Usually delivered within 3–4 days.

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities / remote locations: May take 5–7 days.

  • Delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above ₹699.

  • For orders below ₹699, standard shipping charges will apply (as shown at checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the Delhivery tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment on the Delhivery website or through the tracking link shared.

5. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes in India covered by Delhivery.

  • If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with Delhivery and provide a replacement or refund.
