At Ruh Nika, your safety and satisfaction are our top priority.
Because our products are personal care and hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, even if unopened.
Exceptions
We will only replace or refund items if:

The product was damaged during shipping.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ruhnika.com with your order number and clear photos of the product/package.
Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
